Roster info not up-to-date?

The roster displayed here is retrieved from Blizzard's own Armory web site, which is often up to date, though sometimes not. The Armory is currently in beta, but is reliable enough to use for roster data, even with the sometimes non-realtime updating of information. GuildPortal relies solely on the data that the World of Warcraft Armory returns in order to display your roster when WoW Integration has been enabled by an administrator of your guild. In extreme cases, the armory might show characters in the guild that haven't been in it for quite some time. If that's the case, please contact Blizzard at wowarmory@blizzard.com, with the URL of your guild roster (on the Armory, not GuildPortal) after you've located it by searching the Armory directly at http://www.wowarmory.com, or http://eu.wowarmory.com for European servers.
